At MyMuse India, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate wear categories are eligible for exchange only in case of manufacturing defects.
Initiate Request
Log into your MyMuse account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is unwashed, unworn, and tucked into its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices intact for the pickup agent.
Scheduled Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours of your request to collect the package and provide a physical or digital receipt.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your exchanged size will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
